Emergency Child Care Program
WE ARE NO LONGER OPEN AS AN EMERGANCY CHILD CARE CENTER.

We are happy to let you know that our Board voted on May 21, 2020 to open for child care as an Emergency Child Care Program (ECCP) starting on June 1st. This means that we can open and must also follow strict State of NH ECCP guidance.
As an ECCP, we have limited capacity based on rules not allowing more than 10 individuals (children and adults) together in a room. There are also many other changes which are listed below. All families attending will be required to review and sign off on several forms that indicate they are an essential worker and they understand our new rules.
While we are happy to be open, we also have had to adjust to new standards for care in the COVID-19 environment and we also need for our parents to adjust their expectations of what child care means during the pandemic. For example, it is possible that with little notice, a classroom may need to temporarily close if staff are sick and not available.
Each classroom provides:
A safe and nurturing environment, friendly teaching staff, consistent classroom management, and current First Aid / CPR certified teaching staff.

Hours
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday
Rates
Rates will remain what they were prior to the pandemic – see below.
Although our rates will remain the same, complete payment is due on WEEKLY basis.
Infants (9 Months to 18 Months)
- Full Week: $245.00 — 4 or more days, Includes breakfast, lunch, and PM snack
- 3 Days: $215.00 — Includes breakfast, lunch and PM snack
- 2 Days: $150.00 — Includes breakfast, lunch and PM snack
Toddlers (18 Months to 2.5 Years)
- Full Week: $235.00 — 4 or more days, Includes breakfast, lunch, and PM snack
- 3 Days: $215.00 — Includes breakfast, lunch and PM snack
- 2 Days: $150.00 — Includes breakfast, lunch and PM snack
Full Day Pre-School (2.5 Years to 3 Years 9 Months)
- Full Week: $225.00 — 4 or more days, Includes breakfast, lunch, and PM snack
- 3 Days: $210.00 — Includes breakfast, lunch and PM snack
- 2 Days: $140.00 — Includes breakfast, lunch and PM snack
Full Day Pre-Kindergarten (3 Years 9 Months to 5 Years)
- Full Week: $220.00 — 4 or more days, Includes breakfast, lunch, and PM snack
- 3 Days: $210.00 — Includes breakfast, lunch and PM snack
- 2 Days: $140.00 — Includes breakfast, lunch and PM snack

Items Needed Each Day
- Change of clothes – 2 or 3 sets
- Labeled, non-aerosol bug spray and sunscreen
- No water bottles – we will provide water and cups
- Clean bedding
- Crib sheet, blanket, one sleep buddy/stuffy
Use of Fever Reducing Medications
Any fever reducing medications (Tylenol, Motrin, etc.) will not be allowed to be administered during care hours. In addition, if Tylenol or Motrin (or any other medication) is given as a fever reducer, your child will not be permitted to attend childcare. If it is given, it will present an ineffective screening tool and one of the few screening tools we have this is independent of the parent or screener. Please do not provide Tylenol or ibuprofen at least 4 to 6 hours prior to arrival at child care.
