KENTUCKY DERBY PARTY COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

It is of the utmost importance to White Birch Center as well as Pats Peak Banquet Center that our guests are safe during the Kentucky Derby Event. Please review the below guidelines put in place by Pats Peak Banquet Center to ensure the safety of those attending.

Pats Peak Event Guidelines:

• There shall be no more than 106 guests at the event.
• All guests have to be seated to eat and drink. Guests cannot mingle around the room while eating.
• All guests are required to have a mask on at all times unless they are seated to eat or drink.
• All guests will be assigned tables.
• The band must be 10ft away from all guests and the band must be socially distanced themselves.
• There will be two screens and two TV’s for the viewing of the derby, all guests need to be seated at their tables to watch the race. Guests may not gather around the screens to watch.
