Dear Parents and Guardians,
I’m writing to let you know that White Birch Center will be CLOSED effective the end of the day today, Tuesday, March 17. We will expect to start up again on Monday, April 6th when school resumes. Like the school, we will evaluate the week before and will contact you regarding the start date.
We apologize for the inconvenience. This is not a decision we take lightly. We understand that this will have an impact on our families. This is an unprecedented time in our country, anything any of us can do to limit the spread of coronavirus Covid-19 is critical.
For all families we will not charge you for the next two and a half weeks. Families who did not utilize any care this week will not be charged for any programming. Families who have had children at our program this week, will be charged the two-day rate for yesterday and today. If your child was here only one of the two days, you will only be charged for a single day. School-age families who utilized care yesterday and today will be charged the daily rate for these past two days.
Please feel free to contact Leanna Lorden firstname.lastname@example.org or Marc McMurphy email@example.com between now and Friday, if you have any questions about billing. We ask that you please contact us by email to help us process questions more quickly.
We will continue to provide updates on any common questions or concerns through the end of the week.
Thank you for your understanding.
